Community Design Workshop: Building Character & Streetscapes (Feb 20)
Date and location
Thu, February 20, 2020, 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library, Room 225
150 E. San Fernando St.

Following the submission of Google’s Downtown West mixed-use development application to the City of San Jose in October 2019, we launched a series of workshops to gather community feedback on priorities for design standards and guidelines that will shape the look, feel and experiences in Downtown West.
Our next workshop will focus on building character, including relationship to surroundings, and streetscapes. We will also share a summary of feedback from our previous workshops on parks and open space and how community input is informing the Downtown West Design Standards and Guidelines.
If you are not able to make this date, we invite you to join us for our workshop on Saturday, February 22 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 20 South Autumn Street in San Jose. The format and content are the same, so we hope one will work with your schedule!
