The Buildings
Bay View and Gradient Canopy represent the first time we led the concept and construction of our own major campuses, and provided an opportunity to take human-centered, sustainable design to a new scale. Together, they’re among the largest buildings in the world to pursue LEED Building Design & Construction v4 Platinum certification, and the Living Building Challenge (LBC) petal certifications through International Living Future Institute (ILFI).
Bay View
Bay View pushes sustainability to new levels: with an all-electric campus totaling 1.1 million square feet that is water positive and houses an innovative geothermal pile system.
